"Weight loss consultations"

I attended weight loss consultations with Mairi at County Community Hospital in Nairn.

Thanks to the help from Mairi,  I was able to gain helpful tools and knowledge that enables me to go from 19 stone to just over 12 stone.  Initially I attended the class with Mairi to get her to refer me to a weight loss surgeon.  I am very much relieved looking back in hindsight that Mairi was able to grow be me the advice and tools to enearn give me and motivate me to loose the weight naturally with diet and exercise rather than having to go through a weight lose surgery procedure.  With hindsight I 100% would have regretted the having the operation as it is a permanent change to your stomach that cannot ever be reversed.

With the confidence and tools I took away from the service given to me by Mairi and her team I have lost the weight mys of and feel amazing.
