About: Bristol Royal Infirmary / Accident and emergency

After feeling unwell at an attended appointment in the BHI Bristol Heart Institute, I was whisked to AandE seen very promptly in majors and as there was a possible heart scare, treated straight away.

It turned out to be Heat stroke.

I have a complicated history and walking up that hill turned out to be too much for me.

I would like to thank the GUCH nurse

The other nurses at the BHI who looked after me.

The consultant who my appt was with.

In A and E I would like to thank the staff especially the staff nurse and doctor for being so helpful.

I have absolute faith in the NHS and don't know what we would do without it.
