"Prescibe over the phone, are we are machines?"

About: Salford Health Matters

the doctor rang me back after the usually call in the morning. Explain how I was felling to make an appointment, what I get, prescription over the phone. Explain that I have bleeding nose all the time (blood pressure history in my family) they prescribe spray to unblock the nose. I have

Rhinitis and a year ago the hospital prescribe me a spray to see if this goes away, the hospital said if this still the same your GP need to refer you for a minor surgery; explain that to the doctor and I receive another prescription. I also ask for an appointment to do the vasectomy because I lost another appointment more that I year ago, they give the referral but also said don't lose the appointment because you create more work for us. Are we don't paid for that, are we deserved to be treat like child what it's wrong with this doctors, they didn't the reason way I lost the appointment. we deserve to be treat in a better way. What happen if I have blood pressure? at least a personal appointment to check the normal thing that a very professional doctor will do. I very rally visit the doctor because I don't like and the occasional time that I decide to call because my wife insist I receive this treatment.
