"Felt like I had a friend who believed in me"

I was in St Cadocs Hospital and need an advocate.   I used the advocacy service.   Hailey immediately put me at ease.   I felt very comfortable talking to her and what I said really mattered.   She offered supported at the ward rounds to assist me if and when needed for which I was very grateful.   I felt almost like I had a friend who believed in me and was there for me.   Hailey unwaveringly continued to offer support at any level. Anything she didn't know she found out and came back with the information.   Nothing was too much trouble.   Hailey is a warm kind person and was genuine in her care for me.   Excellent service - keep up the good work - you really do make a difference.
