"Waiting times ridiculous"

Don’t bother coming to walk in if you have a routine problem. You’ll be left till last , even if you turn up when they open. I appreciate some triage prioritisation is needed but leaving patients to wait almost 5 hours is unacceptable. You need to offer more appointments to help prevent these long queues - walk in is useful for staff and not patients.
