"Friendly, calming staff in dermatology"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I had a biopsy this morning at Monklands dermatology unit. I was more than a bit anxious but the staff were friendly and helpful and helped to calm my nerves. I am ashamed to say that I was so panicked I didn't get any of their names. I would like them to know I did appreciate their efforts!
