What I liked
The hospital looked after my 86 year old father following a fall on his way to catch a bus. He was badly grazed on his face, and very wet after falling in a puddle.
The nurses who attended him were excellent. He was treated with humanity and respect, and without the least bit patronising.
I am very grateful for the care they provided.
Anything else?
This felt like what a hospital should be about.
