"Excellent level of care and respect provided in a..."

About: Chard Hospital

What I liked

The hospital looked after my 86 year old father following a fall on his way to catch a bus. He was badly grazed on his face, and very wet after falling in a puddle.

The nurses who attended him were excellent. He was treated with humanity and respect, and without the least bit patronising.

I am very grateful for the care they provided.

Anything else?

This felt like what a hospital should be about.

Thank you for taking the time to offer such positive feedback following your fathers recent visit to this hospital, your lovely comments will be shared with the nursing team here.

It is always great to receive such positive comments, and to know that Chard Hospital continues to offer a caring service for those who come here.

I hope that your father is well on the road to recovery, and we wish him well in the future.

Karen Howard-Grenville
