"disgusting level of care"

after seeing his gp and being advised he had a kidney infection my husband became unwell so visited urgent care on Friday of last week with a rash feeling really unwell and not being able to think straight loss off appetite and sickness was then told the rash was just caused by antibiotics when the rash was there prior to taking these and sent away became unwell so I called 111 and a clinician advised to come back to urgent care yesterday was the worst he had ever been he was so ill ill all he wanted to do was sleep to have to sit from 9pm till 2pm in the morning before being seen was told it was just viral and that his urine sample that gp sent off they couldn't access the report and to go see gp and was sent away again on both occasions no proper observations were done so after 2 waste of time visits to yourselves 2 gp trips and a call to 111 we finally have found out my husband has kidney infection chest infection and gastroenteritis I find your service a big let down and I would like someone to look into why this happened this could have be prevented if the doctors listened to the patients and didn't just treat them as a number and be quick to get you out the door my husband is now really ill in bed and has been caused uneccassry suffering due to your lack of patient care
