What I liked
The staff within the A&E department were exceptional. The triage nurse endeavoured to do his best, he was polite, friendly, empowering and responsive to what we were saying. Furthermore he did his best to get us seen as soon as possible by a 'out of hours GP' when actually he could of made us wait to see the A&E doctor. Brilliant
What could be improved

Anything else?
Often we question, is the service representative of what we would always receive, even during busier periods, and I am confident that yes, from the nurse in question, it would have been.
