Great standard of care, but it's impossible to get an appointment. Online services will show you appointments four to six weeks away, and calling up at any point other than at 8am will get you an appointment at some indeterminate time in the future.

Today I've been on hold for 43 minutes as of writing this, and been cut off once.

Dear patient, I am sorry to hear that you have had trouble trying to get an appointment.

The online services for on the day appointments are usually opened up shortly after 7am so it's worth trying before 8am.

With regard to being on hold and getting cut off, we are in consultation with our telephone company at the moment to try and resolve this problem of which we have been made aware of recently by other patients.
