"Seen quickly, staff cared, great communication..."

Was seen here with a cat bite infection which was tracking up my hand. Was seen the night/early AM before at Burnley urgent care centre (awful). The receptionist booked me in. Was super cheery and helpful along with the other ladies (Thankyou!).

Triaged by a lovely nurse pretty much straight away despite the waiting room being full. Whilst waiting to be seen, the receptionists were running around answering phones, booking people in, helping the ambulance team, moving wheelchairs etc, just showing great team work. I was called through by a male nurse who was fab. Checked my hand over, had a consultant come in straight away for a 2nd opinion and bandaged my finger, checked I was on the right meds, put my arm in a sling, and gave me detailed and thorough advice on cellulitis and blood poisoning and what do to. Really restored my faith in the NHS after my less than adequate trip to Burnley. Really knew what he was talking about. Thankyou to everyone involved in my visit. You were all amazing, hard workers and it doesn't go unnoticed! Xx
