"NSEC Cranlington"

About: Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

My husband was taken to NSEC Cramlington on Friday 3rd August 2018. From our local Dr to paramedics to A&E and Ward7 at cranlington. Everyone was absolutely amazing. He had bloods taken, X-rays, CT scan, MRI Doppler which confirmed he’d had a stroke. I can’t commend all the staff enough from orderlies, nurses to Doctors, nothing was a problem. Polite and courteous attention from all staff at all times made the stay very easy and reassuring. I hope we’re not visiting there for a long time but would feel assured he was in safe hands. THANKS TO ALL

Dear Lorraine,

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your husband’s experience with us at The Northumbria hospital last week. I can only imagine what a difficult time this must have been for you both.

It is reassuring to know that your husband was so well looked after by everyone he came into contact with. I will share your thoughtful and kind feedback with everyone in A&E and Ward 7 – I am sure they will be very grateful and appreciative of your feedback.

All the best to you and your husband,

Annie
