"Still waiting for results three weeks after the..."

I was referred to the Circle Hospital as an NHS patient.

Three weeks after a CT scan, I called my consultant's secretary twice (four days between each call) asking for an update. I left messages on both occasions and almost a week later, have received no response. Feeling left out of the loop, I called my GP, who was in touch within 20 mins to reassure me that the scans were clear. I can't help but wonder when will the Circle Hospital have the courtesy to do the same? Very disappointed with the delay and as a consequence, I find it impossible to recommend this hospital, though the atrium is spacious and inviting and the coffee good.
