"Iridotomy nightmare"

Firstly I was given no literature to take away prior to my iridotomy. Consent signed, although the nurse knew i didn’t have my reading glasses so fully aware I didn’t know what I was signing. Iridotomy carried out. Since then I have had nothing but problems with ghost lighting and glare as well as floaters. The doctor seemed confused why this was and said everything was fine and discharged me. I have since paid hundreds for cosmetic lenses to cover the iridotomy hole and been to Moorefields who informed me I have plateau iris syndrome and should never have been discharged as this needs to be monitored. Also the position of the iridotomy is not great which is why I have a lot of problems. Extremely upset that I ever stepped foot in this place!
