"cattle is being treated better"

About: Teddington Memorial Hospital Hrch

I went to the walk in Center with severe ear pain and hearing impairment. After sitting for nearly 3 hours waiting in agony for my turn I was seen by a doctor who took literally 5 seconds to have a look at my ears and concluding I dont have an infection and sent me on the way. Seriously? I came to you in trust to at least get a guidance and information what to do to ease the pain or maybe a diagnosis? Several times i asked him if that is all he can do for me and he said very unsympathetic YES. Whilst the NHS is a great institution, this is so wrong, that doctors loose care for patients and simply dont listen. Do I want to spend my Saturday evening waiting at hospital for many hours just to be fobbed off? I I had only made my way because I was in serious agony and my right side of the face had turned totally numb. The care I have received was insanely unprofessional and sadly I felt neglected and let down by the care we supposingly are so proud of in the Uk. Shame on you for treating patients like that
