Today I had a surgical abortion at Marie Stobes, Ealing.
Originally I had prepared myself for a medical as it seemed a lot less traumatic, but due to how far along I found out I was this was not possible.
Can I jut say that every single lady and gentleman I met thy worked there treated me with the dignity and respect any young woman deserves.
They went out of their way to allow me as much time with my mum as possible- walking up to get me if I had to wait a long period of time to bring me to her.
They made a really connection through trying to speak to me about other things not just why I was there.
The medical procedure was daunting- but was made as pleasant as physically possible by staff who genuinely care about the service they provide.
I urge any young woman who is afraid of the surgical abortion to head to this clinic. The staff are impeccable and the clinic is preistine.
When walking into surgery isn’t headt was beating but everyone greeted me with a warm smile and reassuring conversation. Especially thank you to three members of staff. For going out of your way to reassure a compulsive worrier.
"Making a strange day, so mich brighter"
