"Excellent care"

I attended the RBH on a Saturday morning for a colonoscopy. I had been sent an excellent information pack prior to my appointment so I knew what preparation to do and what to expect. The staff were friendly and efficient, everything was explained to me and I had plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Private changing and same-sex waiting rooms were welcome. The procedure itself was performed expertly, with every stage being explained to me. The mug of tea and biscuit at the end was very welcome.
