I have visited A and E twice recently. The staff were amazing-never let their smiles slip. It was very hot and they were extremely busy. But you still felt that you were important to them. Quite simply-How do they do it?

Our staff aims to always give the highest level of care for our patients and appreciate that a smile can go a very long way, especially in an otherwise stressful and emotional environment.
