Visited the above in Ophthalmology Dept yesterday. I was truly touched by the whole set up and the wonderful staff. I had seven tests in an hour and was dealt with by three different staff members, all of who were cheerful. polite and very friendly. I have anxiety problems in everyday life, and it is a long time since I have felt so at ease. One member of staff was so lovely in explaining everything and taking the trouble to make sure I was at ease with everything.
Obviously I hope I don't have to return... but I will be much more at ease if I do.
Only one slight problem affected some other people - the self-check-in screens. A lot of people had to be helped with them (mostly by myself) and it is a bit indiscreet as anyone helping sees some of their private data, and anyone who can't remember key details can't check-in.
