Dear sagittabc98,

Being admitted with stroke symptoms is such a frightening experience. I am glad you found staff put you at ease and demonstrated care and compassion. The staff will be delighted to hear you found they always did their best and delivered care in a professional manner.

With many investigations often undertaken, especially in the first few days the porters play a pivotal role in transporting you to and from many departments. It is lovely to hear they were always cheerful and I agree they do a great job!

Thanks very much for taking the time to post your feedback. I hope you are now feeling better and recovering well.

Best wishes

Christine
