What I liked

My son was treated in a&e on a saturday evening and then transferred to a surgical ward to wait for an operation the following morning. The staff in a&e were all excellent, including the cleaner! He was seen very quickly, then x-rayed and then informed of what treatment he would be having. From arriving in an ambulance to being on the ward the whole process took about 3 hours which i tought was very good. The staff on the ward were kind, helpful and proffesional at all times. His follow-up treatment has been excellent.
