"Gynacology referal"

About: Tameside General Hospital / Gynaecology

After my GP refered me for fertility tests I rang everyday over 4 weeks to find out

When my apt was as no letter recieved, also needed to know if I had fertility tests there would I go bk to bottom of waiting list when transferred to start Mary's for IVF. Or would it be better to have all treatment at at Mary's.

•Continuously no answer at woman's unit for 2 weeks no returned phone calls

• a+e staff spoke with me advised I ring secretaries. They had no clue on the above process.

•told to contact my GP he didn't know referral process for tameside

•rang bk to tameside who advised "go with what you think best"

Now decided would never have treatment in this hospital as noone has Information on how their processes tranfers work admin, secretaries surgeons no understanding no comunication it's Very worrying
