"Maternity Booking Appointment"

Had a wonderful booking appointment today.

The midwife was knowledgable, friendly, approachable and made us both feel completely at ease - even during some difficult conversations.

She made us laugh and feel relaxed as well as completely assured and well looked after.

My husband was so nervous and she put him at ease too.

The student was also friendly and knowledgable and the teaching was collaborative and I felt really assured.

The midwife discussed my history with the student like a colleague and I thought that was really impressive.

The admin team were approachable and kept me informed about any delay and some of the other mothers in the waiting room fedback that they always have a great experience.

The phlebotomist was also really friendly and efficient.

All in all - what a great experience
