"Trying to speak to someone"

About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Referral & Appointment Booking Team

(as the patient),

I spent all day trying to speak to someone to book my appointment and only ever got an answering machine. 3 messages later still no response. Is there anyone even there?

Even when it rang they took long enough to answer.

Dear Unsung

Thank you for posting your opinion which has concerned us greatly. Our service aims to answer all calls as quickly as possible and the voicemail service has been put in place to allow patients to leave messages instead of holding for a Patient Choice Coordinator. We endeavour to contact patients who have left messages within two working hours.

I am sorry to hear of your difficulties getting through and apologise that you have experienced problems we will therefore fully investigate the circumstances.
