Phoned for appt on Monday , appt given for Thursday @1345 , saw Audio Technician within 5 minutes , faulty aid checked and replaced and tested , very pleasant person , very helpful , hearing now 100% , many thanks indeed . Michael Bruce senior nursing officer (retd)
