I rang to book for a coil change & was advised the nurse would ring me to discuss first, which she did, on time and was very pleasant. Came today for my appointment, reception staff very friendly, lovely clean environment and no wait time at all. The nurse fitting my coil was amazing. She immediately put me at ease, was chatty and friendly and the whole experience was over in 5 minutes, absolutely pain free- much to my surprise and delight! I literally cannot fault them, from start to finish they have been nothing but professional and compassionate. I’d definitelt recommend this clinic to anyone for a coil appointment. Keep up the good work guys!
