About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Huyton

(as the patient),

I've had my toe nail cut, the chiropodist was excellent very kind and put me at my ease. I went again and a nurse redressed my toe - she was kindness itself. I have always had politeness from all the staff.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to extend your satisfaction with the care you received from the Podiatrist/Chiropodist and the Nursing staff at Nutgrove Villa/Huyton WIC. I am pleased to receive your feedback regarding not only the standard of the treatment you received, but also the attitude of the staff whilst they delivered your care. I will pass on your comments on to the staff that work at that site, as I am sure they will be pleased to receive your feedback.
