"Care my parents received was very good"

Both my late mother and father were treated at Redditch Alex and Worcs Royal hospitals on and off over the last 20 years and whilst I feel there have been issues here and there, the standard of care has been very good. I have just read my late parents medical records, not appreciating exactly how much care and treatment they had received up until their deaths last year and wanted to say thankyou for the treatment of the NHS, Doctors, Nurses and local GPs. I am tired of hearing all the bad press about the NHS and understand that whilst people are living longer and medical advances are strugglling to keep up with needs and expectations (and costs) we do still have arguably the best health system in the world. Whilst it isn't perfect, it is very good.
