I would like to share my positive experience of The Manor Medical Practice.

The service is responsive and comprises both GP and nurse-led appointments, which enhances access to medical services.

It is possible to see an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or a practice nurse, as required, in addition to accessing the services of a GP. The staff are knowledgeable, caring and dedicated to providing an excellent service.

The team work together very effectively, and expertise is shared accordingly.

Referrals are speedy, which is helpful.

Follow up appointments and regular reviews are arranged to ensure that problems are remedied speedily and effectively. I particularly like how staff work in partnership with patients to achieve positive health outcomes.

There is decent car parking provision and the facilities are clean and modern.

I would certainly recommend this friendly and organised practice to others.
