What I liked

I was having day surgery on a very busy ward. Despite this, I couldn't have had better care. The surgeon was obviously run off his feet, but he still had the time and patience to treat me as an individual. The nurses and ward staff were brilliant too. Well done ward 5.

What could be improved

There were no disinfectant wipes for the toilet seats. That is all that could have been improved.
