"Unexpected stay made easier by caring teams"

I was phoned early one morning by my doctor whoa had reviews the MRI Scan I had had the previous day.

I was told to pack a bag an get to GRI AandE I did very quickly

On arrival at reception I was met and processed by a very polite team and professional medical staff arrived carrying out numerous tests before moving me to Ward 2

There again professional caring staff took control and got me into bed where I remained for 5 days while my spine which was in danger of collapsing stabilised

Following a very long operation carried out by the Spinal team I recovered to be discharged

To continue my recovery at home

I can not thank all the teams for their dedication and caring work

At all times my wife and I were kept informed

The staff made a very worrying time a lot easier

P.S The food o the ward was good too ??
