(as the patient),

This week I had a bone scan and an MRI scan in the afternoon.

Firstly the way that the staff of MRI fitted in my scan at the QEQM to line up with my bone scan there was an act of kindness that meant that I didnt have an hours drive to Canterbury and rush back or delay the MRI scan.

Staff of both units were calm, kind and very professional.

All this on a day of strikes by public service workers, these staff obviously put patient care before their own needs. Thank you.
