What I liked

When I arrived I was terrified but listening to the nurses on the ward wash and dress other patients that had been operated on the day before and being well informed, assured, my fears were allayed.

I would like to thank every member of staff on Ward 20 from Matron, Nurses, HSA's cleaner and the lady who brought the tea and coffee round.

Everyone was kind and helpful, even with a patient who was very distressed asking where her daughter was constantly. She was never ignored, someone talked to her immediately calming her and making sure she was eating and drinking by encouraging her to do so.

Again this ex terrified patient would like to thank all of the staff on ward 20.
