What I liked

The speed with which my husband was dealt with from the walk in centre and admission to A & E & subsequent admission to a ward.

The professionalism of all the members of staff we dealt with & the respect we were shown.

My husband said the food was good and varied.

The 'Care at Home' team which enabled my husband to be able to come home a couple of days early.

What could be improved

The transport provided on discharge. My husband had to sit around for some several hours, with no food or drink provided, in a waiting room for the ambulance provided to get him home. he would have prefered to get a taxi, it certainly would haved been a lot quicker.
