"Have always been satisfied"

My husband & I have "been" with this doctors practice for approximately 21 years & not once have we been dissatisfied with the knowledge ,treatment & care given by any of the doctors or nurses. Also, the dispensary staff have always been very helpful,polite & friendly. The receptionists also have done their best to give us good service. Obviously, with the practice now having to cope with so many more patients, making a same day appointment is more difficult than it used to be ,but we have found that the receptionists have done their utmost to squeeze us in. We have never found any staff to be rude. They do an exceptional job & deserve a pat on the back .
