(as the patient),

I had to go for an operation and like all patients this can be an anxious time. I have been in nursing now for 32 years but  this was the first time I had been at the  receiving end of care and treatment. I attended the Day Surgery Unit at Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Larbert. All nursing / surgical / theatre and support staff made me feel at ease and were professional and friendly with their approch looking after me. The staff made me feel safe in their hands. Can't thank them enough.
