Amazingly fast, efficient and courteous service at Nelson Mandela Place in Glasgow and the Glasgow Western Hospital. Following a second breast screening after first one showed possible cancer - everything worked very quickly and with a lot of counselling if needed. Very good joined up service. Within a couple of weeks - even though it was over the summer holiday period - I had had a lumpectomy and follow up radiotherapy + tamoxofen organised.

4 weeks Radiotherapy treatment at the Beatson in Glasgow also very efficent and courteous.

No complaints at all - very good service with excellent intellegent discussions with all staff concerned - surgeons, nurses, radiologists.

Act as the Secretary to the Health Board and responsible for complaints, freedom of information requests, health board administration, lead officer for Vale of Leven Public Inquiry and responsible for Ministerial briefings and MSPs correspondence to the Chief executive
