What I liked

Just would like to say how friendly, polite, professional and efficient the staff in the Endoscopy Department are. Special thanks to four members of staff. My apologies for the staff I've missed. Everyone there, including the reception staff are are credit to your organisation.

What could be improved

I could have done with a higher dose of sedative, it didn't do anything for me! My apologies for the gagging reflexes...
