What I liked
Today 30 Nov 2011 I visited Day Surgery for an operation on my nose. I would like to take this opportunity to thank your staff. They were without doubt the best team of medics I have ever had the privelege to be a patient of. And I do mean team. From first arrival I was treated with the utmost dignity & courtesy.
The nurses who looked after me before & after surgery are a credit to your unit, I would like to mention them by name but I can only remember two.
The team that put me under, exceptional.
Please let the whole fantastic team know that I have applauded them because every one of them deserves the gratitude that I'm quite sure they don't always get.
Kind regards and merry christmas not forgetting a happy new year.
I hope the festive season is a quiet one for them.
