"Another pleasant visit to the Arch"

About: The Arch Medical Practice

I am an elderly patient of the Practice with very limited mobility and a long range of on going medical conditions.

Today I was here for my annual COPD check, which at my age can really take it out of me. The nurse I saw today was very polite and professional and even helped me walk to the car as she could see I was very unstable on my feet.

It is little details like this as to why this Practice has remained my doctors surgery for as long as I can remember.

All of the staff are kind and caring and are always willing go above and beyond their duties.
