My previous experiences of the RBH have not always been good so for the past few years, we have used another hospital.

However, on Saturday my daughter hurt herself and I had to take her to Children's A&E. I decided to take her to the RBH and I am so glad we did. The whole process from start to finish was very good!

The hospital have made great improvements, it was cleean, the staff were friendly, reasssuring & explained things very well. We were in and out very quickly and this has restored our faith in the hospital once again.

We now feel confident to use this Trust again should we need to do so in the future so thank you.
