What I liked

Very prompt appoinments, friendly staff and excellent coordination between the consultant and support staff. Setting up dialysis and transplant treatments is complicated and wide ranging but all tests were arranged speedily with consideration that I have to travel from Cumbria to Preston. Where possible visits to local hospitals have been arranged.

My local GP has also been kept informed of my treatment and progress and, importantly, so have I.

I have an efficient and sympathetic physician.

What could be improved

Little to say here at the moment except that given my recent diagnosis and introduction to kideny failure it seems that renal disease is important/common and good facilities to tackle kidney problems must be maintained.
