I was a bit apprehensive about going to the dermatology clinic but I need not have worried. The only, very minor, discomfort I felt was when the needle went in for the local anesthetic, the procedure that followed was not felt at all.
I was warmly welcomed by Christine and Dr Miller who removed a mole on my leg and cauterised the wound. Dr Miller explained what he was going to do and made sure I all my questions were answered and I was comfortable before he started. I felt the needle go in but that was all, the rest was completely painless. Nurse Christine was there to check I was calm and comfortable whilst Dr Miller did what he needed to.
When he had finished he went though the after care process and explained what I would need to do to keep the would clean till it had healed.
Excellent. Thank you.
