What I liked
I feel the urology unit has a long way to go before it reaches the standards that other departments in the hospital have. Over the years i have been attended a number of outpatients appointmens and one when it was arranged for me to come into hospital for an operation only to be told when i had been booked in, was told that the operation would not help. I attend all my appointments but never when seeing a specelist have they been on time, all other departments seem to manage it except urology. I,m not sure when you start, but to be 45 mins behind by 10 am is a little strange, and when i am seen i am offered the same treatment you gave me last year, or tests that i have had in the past. Come on urology pull your socks up, we do have lives outside the hospital.
What could be improved
