(as the patient),

In Debenhams restaurant on Princes St. Edinburgh recently I felt unwell and the staff there called for your assistance.

A young man on a motor cycle was immediately there, took control and started checking me out. Two young ladies then appeared with an ambulance outside and got to work as well.

To close off they took me down to the ambulance and checked out my heart ect.

they were all very professional, re-assuring, attentive, caring, pleasant and thorough.

I would like them to know how impressed I was and grateful I am.
