What could be improved
a) The receptionist cannot give a straight answer to why you need to fill in certain forms given by the doctor which is a mere replica of information you have previously filled in.
b) The chest specialist I saw was totally ignorant, had no interest in what I had to say. Furthermore he prescribed all treatments under the sun as I was on private health care as oppose to carefully investigate and escalate things appropriately.
c) The personnel in the pharmacy could not give a clear answer on the pricing of medication vis-a-vis other high street pharmacies. It turned out to be +50%.
