What I liked
This department was clean, staff were very professional and polite and they gave me the impression of well managed practice.
The nurse washed hands thoroughly and also cleaned all gadgets before using them. It was very
comforting when I could see her hands clean and smelt her hands fresh when she touched my face.
The doctor too had the professional attitude without wasting time. I am very impressed to see everything smoothly and efficiently run.
What could be improved
Perhaps you could have hand wash for patients.
Anything else?
I can not think any.
