What I liked

The Staff was very informative, helpful, caring and respectful. I cannot praise them enough.

I had a colonoscopy and this was without pain or discomfort.

What could be improved

Thank you very much for your feedback which is very valuable to us as we continuously strive to ensure our patients have a caring and positive experience; especially so with procedures that can be uncomfortable and sensitive. I am sorry I am replying so late to your posting but we have only just recently developed our processes for regularly reading and replying to stories here at Patient Opinion and I felt it was important to still reply even so long afterwards.
