About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

My third visit to Ambulatory Care now and I couldn’t ask for better.

A lovely greeting from the receptionist.

My dressing is changed with skill, care and a sense of humour.

The doctor passing by took the time to chat to me and has said hello on each successive visit.

My follow- up appointments had already been logged when I went to reception.

This staff team are really getting it right. Our NHS at its best.
