(as the patient),

I had surgery for epilepsy 3 years ago by a brilliant surgeon called Mr Bhattacharya. He made my epilepsy a lot better than it was before.

While I was in this hospital I got the best of care from everyone involved. I still visit the hospital and still get the help I need.
